Introducing Flowe. A new mixed-use building overlooking Bowden Park, bringing together apartment living and a dedicated wellness hub in one of Bowden’s most connected locations.
Flowe Bowden is designed for people who want a home that supports how they actually live. Beneath more than 100 new apartments, a multi-level wellness centre will offer Pilates, hot and cold pools, saunas and physical therapy, alongside healthy food and drink options and ground floor hospitality.
Across the building, everyday details are designed for ease, including a resident workshop with tools and large benchtops, secure bike storage for around 150 bikes, and more than 100 carparks for residents and guests. The building is carefully positioned to frame Bowden Park and activate key street frontages along Third, Fourth and Gibson Streets.
Sustainability underpins the project, with a mass-timber structural frame and a target 5-Star Green Star rating. Environmental initiatives include EV charging infrastructure and double-glazed windows to support long-term comfort and efficiency.
Flowe will include a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with 20 percent committed as affordable housing through HomeSeekerSA, along with sixteen apartments dedicated to specialist disability accommodation.
Expressions of interest will open soon, with sales expected to commence in March ahead of construction starting mid-2026.
