The Prince’s Terrace Adelaide have provided 12 high-quality homes — a mix of eight terraces and four flats built as mews behind the terraces.

This future-focused, 6 Star Green Star sustainable development is the first of its kind. From using 50% less energy and potable water than a typical urban dwelling, to recycling 95% of waste on-site during its build, we hope this exemplar becomes the standard for residential developments across Australia.
