Property developers Emmett Property are starting their second apartment project in Bowden, Park Central after the runaway success of their first project — The Merchant apartments — which sold out in just under four months.

Clearly they knew a good thing when they saw it.

Emmett will build Bowden’s first Park Terrace-fronted, premium apartments with uninterrupted views over the park lands as well as commercial premises operating on the ground floor.
