If you’re on designated dessert duty but have some dietary requirements to cover, skip the complicated baking and hand it over to the experts at Nutrition Republic. Graze away
The friendly Bowden IGA folks are able to help you with all sorts of groceries and ingredients to help your Christmas spread look and taste amazing. But our absolute favourite tip is to grab your grazing boxes and platters from them! Fruit plates, cheese boards, grazing platters, they have it all! Plant 4 Bowden are hosting a mini–Christmas Gifting market this weekend (Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 December from 9am-3pm at Plant 4 Bowden.) Lots of store holders missed out last week due to the WILD weather, so there’s even more time to shop up a storm this weekend! This event really is the best way to support local and grab gifts that everyone will adore.

Festive events

Oddio Annual Holiday Party 
For the days between Christmas and New Year where everything is a bit weird and you aren’t sure what to do with yourself, this is the plan. The Oddio fun squad are running their annual Holiday Party on December 27 and 28 from 3pm onwards. Expect pizzas from Sunnys Pizza, live tunes and, of course, great wines. Free entry, walk in.    

New Yeets Eve
While we still can’t be certain what it is to ‘yeet’ something, we’re told that’s what Bowden Brewing are doing to 2023. These party animals have great music, DJs and plenty of their famed Purple Yeet Juice on tap to help you say hello to 2024 in style.
