Construction commences on Guild Terraces

The first slabs have been laid for 41 new architecturally-designed homes in the heart of Bowden, which will transform more than 6,000m² of vacant land into three stunning rows of two and three-storey townhouses.

Known as the Guild Terraces, each home will feature unique external facades made from breeze blocks, recycled red bricks and aluminium. The new estate will be complemented by a creatively-designed, shared landscaped reserve.

All terraces will be Five Star Green Star rated with natural ventilation, sun shade and optimal room orientation to benefit from seasonal heating and cooling.

Two and three-bedroom designs are available with courtyard and balcony options.

Minutes from Bowden Town Park and the train and tram stop, the Guild Terraces will be ideal for singles and couples who enjoy more space but who still want to be close to the CBD.
