Anticipation was high as the very first parcels of land were made available to teams of builders and developers on 26 March, drawing a huge amount of interest from the industry.

The First Release includes four parcels of land on Sixth and Seventh Streets to be developed for 3-storey terraces and 3-storey apartments.

Renowned Sydney architect, Keith Cottier AM, Chairman of the DRP along with five top South Australian architects, helped select purchasers who could meet the high architectural standards of the Urban Design Guidelines as well as achieve a minimum 5 Star Green Star Design rating.

The response was fantastic, with a large number of quality proposals received and assessed by the Urban Renewal Authority and Bowden Design Review Panel (DRP).

We are pleased to announce the successful groups to develop the First Release are:

• Scott Salisbury Homes.
