Renewal SA’s Works Program proudly supports training and employment initiatives for local people.
The St Barnabas Anglican Church Live Training Site Program is being delivered at Croydon in partnership with Renewal SA, TAFE SA and is funded through the Government of Australia’s WorkReady initiative.
About the program
Specifically targeting people living within Bowden, the city of Charles Sturt and the wider western region, this Program will:
- deliver a Certificate II in Construction Pathways [CPC20211]
- deliver a White Card – Construction Industry Work Safely in the [CPCCOHS1001A]
- develop skills focused on paving, garden wall construction, brick and block work, concreting and plastering
- provide practical “hands on” experience working on a real live project within the community for St Barnabas Anglican Church at Croydon.
This Program will commence on Monday, 9 May 2016 and runs Monday to Thursday for 10 weeks.

Cost
Subsidised through the WorkReady Jobs First STL Projects 2015–2016.
Participants to supply their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
