Bowden is once again proving to be a national leader in sustainable design!

In early March 2016, The Bowery apartments by Hindmarsh was awarded a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).

All of the points aimed for were awarded to The Bowery in the very first round! This achievement is so significant that GBCA CEO Romilly Madew congratulated the team personally on the expertise, time, effort and quality displayed.

It’s great to see such a major accomplishment within our community and we can’t wait to see more for the future of all developments in Bowden.
