Bowden, Update Your Details Survey (“the Competition”)

1. The promoter of this Competition is the Urban Renewal Authority (trading as Renewal SA) of GPO Box 698, Adelaide SA 5001 (“Promoter”).
2. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions (“Conditions of Entry”). By submitting an entry into the Competition, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept these Conditions of Entry.
3. The Competition starts at 9:00am on Wednesday 10 April and ends at 11:59pm on Friday 10 May (ACST) (“Promotional Period”).
4. Entry is open to all South Australian residents aged 18 years and over who satisfy the entry requirements as stated in term 5. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager, or employee) of the Promoter, the agencies associated with this Competition, and their related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter.
5. Only persons who have received an invitation from the Promoter to complete a ‘Bowden, Update Your Details’ questionnaire are entitled to enter the Competition. To enter the Competition, a participant must complete a ‘Bowden, Update Your Details’ questionnaire in full and such questionnaire must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period. An entry is deemed to be received by the Promoter when the questionnaire is received via surveymonkey.com/r/MR2J9R3.
6. The Competition prizes consist of four (4) $50.00 Brickmakers Arms Food and Beverage vouchers (“Prizes”).
7. All entries will go into a draw to win the Prizes.
8. The winners of the Prizes will be drawn by the Promoter at 28 Leigh Street, Adelaide SA 5000 at 4:00PM ACST on Tuesday 14 May. The winners of the Prizes will be notified by email and/or by telephone within 7 days of the winners being drawn.
9. The winner has fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to contact the Promoter and arrange to collect their Prize from the Bowden Discovery Centre at 24 Gibson Street, Bowden SA 5007.
10. Any unclaimed prize will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw conducted by the Promoter at 28 Leigh Street, Adelaide SA 5000 at 4:00PM ACST on Tuesday 4 June.
11. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
12. There is a limit of one entry per person and an entrant can only win one of the Prizes during the Promotional Period.
13. The winners of the Prizes is drawn by chance in a manual draw. The winning entry will be checked for validity against the Conditions of Entry as it is drawn. Any entries deemed not valid (as per term 5) will be discarded and the draw will continue until the Prizes are allocated.
14. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
16. All personal information supplied by entrants when entering the Competition will be used and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy. A copy of Promoter’s Privacy Policy can be found at bowdenlife.com.au/privacy.
17. To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from and indemnify the Promoter against all liability (including negligence), cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prizes or participation in the Competition, including, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of opportunity and damage to property, including damage caused to any website or application of the Promoter, whether direct or indirect, special or consequential.
18. The Promoter and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death or loss of, or damage to property which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or any prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter is limited to the cost of replacing the Prize or the supply of an equivalent prize.
